txt4schools is a joint initiative between Tonic Designs and Formation

 

Using the SMS console - Entering Names and Contacts

txt4schools allows you to add any type of information into the system (known as fields): names, reference numbers, school, class, teachers or parental information, etc
These fields are added when the system is first installed, however you can add additional ones at any time.

The information itself can be added to the system in one of three ways:

  • By direct entry - typing (or by pasting) information into the contact list
  • By file import - you can extract or manage the information in a spreadsheet or database and upload the file in the system
  • By integrating into your system - txt4schools can automatically extract information from your own database - this requires a bespoke set-up
