| Priory Studios are a long established letting agents providing short term and long term accommodation in the London and surrounding areas. With a large portfolio of properties, their brief to Tonic Designs was to develop an internal software that would allow Priory Studios to record and manage the repairs and maintenance of their rental property. The resulting development combines an easy to use interface with a sophisticated 'engine' driving it. Through password restricted accounts, staff can select pre entered property and match them to pre entered landlords and contractors. Auto generated details allows for error free and quick completion of reports. PDF letters are generated on the fly for each repair reported, for tenants, landlords and contractors. Repairs can then be tracked, from pending jobs, through to completed jobs, archived jobs, and creation of invoices. |
